1/2 cup (125 g) honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
juice of 2 oranges (3/4 cup, 150 mL)
1 cup (100g) almond flour
1 cup (150 g) polenta (cornmeal)
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
pinch of salt
