2 lb potatoes

5 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
½ cup cheddar, shredded
2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions:
- Preheat grill to 350 or medium heat. Slice the potatoes into ¼ inch slices. After slicing, rinse in water quickly and pat dry.
- Spray the foil with non-stick spray. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, onions, ¾ of the ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
