4 small zucchinis
sprinkle with sea salt
2 eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
marinara sauce for dipping

  • Cut the ends off the zucchini and then cut them in half.
