
Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken or 2 cooked chicken breasts shredded
1 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained but juices reserved
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 Tbs chopped cilantro
1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Colby Jack cheese
1 12 ct pkg Hawaiian Rolls
GLAZE
4 Tbs butter melted
1-2 Tbs reserved pineapple juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Split your slider buns in half, place one half in the bottom of an 11x7" or 9x13" baking dish.
In a bowl add your chicken and BBQ sauce and stir until combined and coated,
Spread the chicken on top of the Hawaiian rolls and top with pineapple, onions, cilantro, and cheese.
Place the other half of the rolls on top of chicken.
Mix together your glaze Ingredients and brush over tops of rolls, cover with tinfoil and bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
