room temperature
1 cup(s) sugar
2 - eggs
1 1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
1 teaspoon(s) salt
2 - ripe bananas
mashed
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
OPTIONAL
- cinnamon sugar to dust pan
1/2 cup(s) chopped pecans

INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. rease loaf pans I use cooking spray and then lightly dust the interior with cinnamon sugar. ith an electric mixer cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs beating well. dd flour baking soda and salt. Blend well. dd bananas sour cream and vanilla. old in pecans. our mixture into the prepared pans. ake for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a cake tester comes out clean.
