1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda

1/2 cup(s) light brown sugar
firmly packed
1 large egg at room temperature
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
6 ounce(s) semi-sweet chocolate
cut into 1/4 chunks
6 ounce(s) white chocolate
cut into 1/4 chunks
1/3 cup(s) pecans
coarsely chopped
1/3 cup(s) cocoa

INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. ine cookie sheet with aluminum foil. n small bowl sift together flour cocoa baking soda and salt. n large bowl using electric mixer at low speed beat butter 30 seconds or until creamy. dd both sugars gradually beat at medium speed 2 minutes until fluffy. eat in egg and vanilla. Using spoon add to flour mixture. dd chocolate chunks and pecans stir until combined. rop by tablespoonsful onto cookie sheets. eave 1 between cookies. ake 10-15 minutes until cookies are puffed and lightly browned at edges. ool cookies on sheets 5 minutes before serving.
