INGREDIENTS :
1 pound(s) 90 lean ground beef
1 cup(s) salsa
mild
1 - green pepper-chopped
4 - green onions-chopped (reserve about 1/4 cup to garnish)
1 large clove garlic-minced
1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1-4 ounce(s) can chopped green chilies
1-8 ounce(s) wide egg noodles
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) shredded munster cheese-or cheddar
1 - beefsteak tomato-sliced thin-to garnish
1 cup(s) salsa

INSTRUCTIONS :
In a large nonstick skillet cook and stir ground beef until browned with garlic green onions green peppers and all seasonings. tir in salsa and green chilies. Simmer for 10 minutes. eanwhile cook egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. erve meat mixture over noodles with sour cream and shredded cheese on top and garnish with sliced tomatoes and green onions.
