2 pound(s) pecan or other kind of nut halves
1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
2 tablespoon(s) butter
1/2 cup(s) whiskey
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar

INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat oven to 350u00ba repare cookie sheet lined with parchment paper n a cast iron skillet or heavy saucepan melt butter over medium high heat. nnAdd sugar and stir costantly until sugar dissolves and mixture is well blended. Be careful not to burn. emove from heat add vanilla and whiskey. dd pecans and coat thoroughly then turn out onto lined cookie sheet. ook for 10-15 minutes until toasted. Your nose will tell you when theyre done.
