INGREDIENTS :
2 - egg whites
- dash of salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
2/3 cup(s) sugar
1 1/3 cup(s) flaked coconut
- dash of salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla
2/3 cup(s) sugar
1 1/3 cup(s) flaked coconut
INSTRUCTIONS :
Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until soft peaks form. radually add sugar beating till stiff. Fold in coconut. rop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet. ake in a preheated 325F oven for 20 minutes.
