I was given this recipe years ago by a Chef at a restaurant in upstate NY It's fantastic, cool and refreshing. This recipe will make 2 pies but I use a big pie plate and pile it high, very pretty.. Sweeten up your next luncheon or game night with this light and fruity dream of a pie. I think it would be absolutely fantastic with peaches too, so get creative with your fruit choices and let us know what you think

Beat together ncondensed milk hipped topping and lemon juice.nfold in the drained crushed pineapple. our into 2 med sized prepared graham cracker crust or one large sprinkle chopped walnuts over the top refrigerated about 4 hours
