Homemade Caramel Apple Dip
NeedTaste |It's Apple Season This is a nice autumn treat. So quick and easy to put together.. I love this easy dip for apples. It is sweet, fluffy and light with a hint a saltiness from the peanuts. This dip can be whipped up in no time since there is no cooking. Even though it doesn't truly have caramel in it, the flavor is all there. The only problem with this dip is I couldn't stop eating it. Kids and adults will love this easy recipe.

INGREDIENTS :
8 ounce(s) cream cheese
softened
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
1/4 cup(s) white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup(s) peanuts
finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS :
Mix above ingredients together with an electric mixer. poon caramel dip into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. lice your favorite apples and treat them with fruit fresh or dip them into lemon juice to keep them from turning brown. k now dip your apple slices into that yummy caramel dip.
