Peachy Keen Bars
NeedTaste |Made with a cake mix and canned peaches, I created this original recipe out of what I happened to have on hand back in 2010.. This simple dessert is a cross between peaches and cream and a peach cobbler in bar form. They're sweet, creamy, and soooo good. Easy to make, you can throw them together in no time. The bars have a crust layer, that's topped with a sweet cream cheese filling and peaches on top of that. On top, there's a sweet crumb layer. This a great dessert for any time of the year, but would be perfect for summer parties. The recipe makes 12 very generous bars that are pretty rich and can be cut into smaller pieces if you needed to.
