Puddin Place Eggs
NeedTaste |This is the easiest recipe but everyone says wow when they see it. And they're even more impressed when they taste it Mmmm... It's certainly one of my favorites. Individually serves four of your favorite breakfast or brunch goers and is easily multiplied. My mother-in-law taught me this one, and she is a 5 star chef in Barbados . Prepare these in advance and then just pop them in the oven just before your guests arrive. An easy, delicious treat for brunch or breakfast

INGREDIENTS :
4 - eggs
1 cup(s) heavy cream
4 slice(s) bacon
cooked and cut in pieces
4 slice(s) fresh mozzarella
cut in pieces
- (optional) paprika
salt & pepper

INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat Oven 375. Lightly butter ramekins. Put bacon in a circle around edges and add mozzarella on top of bacon. ently add egg to center with out breaking yolks and gently spoon about 1/4 c cream over each.Salt and pepper lightly and/or sprinkle with paprika. Bake in oven about 20-25 min. Center should shake but not swim
