Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Cookies
NeedTaste |We couldn't wait to try this cookie as soon as it came out of the oven. All the great tastes of fall are in this cookie. It's a fluffy, moist cake-like pumpkin cookie that's full of chocolate chunks. They're not strongly pumpkin spice flavor. Just the spices that are mixed in with the pumpkin pie filling. It's a great balance of flavor. And they're easy to make - a tasty recipe for the family to make together.. These were handed down from my grandmother to my mother and then to me. I make them every autumn and while my kids would prefer something from the candy jar, these remain a yummy cookie for the grown-ups.
