INGREDIENTS :
16 - even-sized open cap mushrooms
stems cut level
3 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil or corn oil
1 1/2 stick(s) unsalted butter
softened
3 clove(s) garlic
chopped very fine
2 tablespoon(s) fresh thyme
chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
- salt and pepper
to taste
1/2 cup(s) bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut stems level to the mushroom cap. ightly fry the mushrooms cap-side down in hot oil for 20 seconds. rrange the mushrooms in a shallow roasting pan with stems facing upwards. ix together the butter garlic thyme lemon juice and seasoning. poon a little garlic butter on to each mushroom. hen lightly press the bread crumbs on top. ook immediately in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
