2 sprig(s) rosemary

INSTRUCTIONS :
Peel the carrots and cut into 1 or 2 pieces. emove rosemary needles from the stem. hop the rosemary. eat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and the carrots. eason with salt and pepper. ook tossing the carrots so they color on all sides about 5 minutes. dd the butter rosemary and honey. ontinue cooking until the carrots are brown and tender about 5 - 7 minutes more.
