Seared Sea Scallops

INGREDIENTS :
1/2 cup(s) flour
2 teaspoon(s) seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme
2 tablespoon(s) lemon pepper
16 - sea scallops
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
4 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
4 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
2 teaspoon(s) seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano
1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme
2 tablespoon(s) lemon pepper
16 - sea scallops
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
4 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh parsley
4 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS :
In a large bowl mix together flour salt oregano thyme and lemon pepper. oll the scallops in the flour mixture until lightly coated on all sides. eat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over a high heat. Add 4 scallops to the pan and sear on all sides about 2 minutes for each side. Remove scallops from pan and place on a plate in the oven to keep warm until ready to serve. Repeat until all the scallops have been seared. prinkle the scallops with the lemon juice and chopped parsley and serve.
