Yummy Apple Coleslaw
NeedTaste |We adored this simple coleslaw recipe. It has the perfect balance of sweet and tangy with a bit of savoriness. The pairing of tart green apples and sweet red apples add tons of flavor. Initially, we were a little concerned there was not enough mayo. But, once it sat in the fridge for a bit and we gave it a good stir it was perfectly creamy. A nice twist on coleslaw for summer BBQ's and potlucks.. My children never liked coleslaw until I started making it with apples Even their friends like this slaw. It's super easy too.
